I’m drawn to what’s half-seen or slightly off. I’m intrigued by darkness and by what people don’t say.

Currently based in Heidelberg, Germany, I’m pursuing a master’s in sociocultural anthropology with a research focus on the Roma of eastern Slovakia. At the moment, I’m developing a documentary photography project in a Slovak Romani settlement where I spent a part of my childhood—a return to a place that has never really left me. Additionally, I have fieldwork experience on witchcraft and indigenous healing methods in the Western Visayas of the Philippines.
